Vandalism? Commission? Or Art for the People!?
I'm not really sure to tell you the truth, the face is on a utility box near gardens, and the large mural is underneath the Granville Street bridge.
I'm starting to root this out, mabe find a Banksy inspired Vancouver artist along the way!
Or you could become Vancouver's own with a tag that reads LMM...
